KIEV, March 2 – Poland's Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) is ready to consider a proposal to buy Nemiroff, a large Ukrainian alcohol producer, although the corporation would only sign the deal if it makes sense financially, according to CEDC CEO William Carey.

"We view this as strategically quite interesting for us. There's a huge amount of synergy without a lot of overlap on customer base," the Seeking Alpha resource reported, quoting Carey.

"I want to make it clear it's not a must have for us," he said.
