KIEV, Feb. 26 – Ukraine produced 55.3 million decaliters of liquor and vodka in 2009, an 11% decrease, the Ukrvodka association announced.

The association said that exports of liquor and vodka last year went down by 18%, to 7.2 million decaliters.

The association's director, Ivan Zholner said that Ukraine last year produced 42.3 million decaliters of vodka, a 10% rise year-over-year.
