BAKU/KIEV, Feb. 26 – The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (Socar) plans by the end of Q1 to start retail sales of fuel under the Socar brand in Ukraine, the company's president, Rovnag Abdullayev, told the press on Thursday.

"At present, some 20 filling stations were bought [in Ukraine], and they are being rebranded. We also bought a large fuel terminal in Odessa... We expect that by the end of the first quarter we'll start selling fuel," he said.
