KIEV, Feb. 25 - Ukrainian political scientists are split in their opinions about whether or not economic reforms will be conducted under President Viktor Yanukovych.

"I don't think that reforms will be conducted. Viktor Yanukovych is, in fact, not a reformer, and he will hardly call for any reforms," Director of the Kiev-based Gorshenin Institute of Management Issues Kost Bondarenko said at a press conference on Thursday.
