Slovakian power system helps Ukraine after unit accident
KYIV, Sept 16 –Ukrenergo power grid accepted emergency assistance from the power system of Slovakia on Tuesday to ensure safety and avoid shutting down of consumers of the Burshtyn TPP energy island after an accident at its power unit No. 1.

Ukrainian medical lab market exceeds EUR 1-bln in 2021, Synevo chief says
KYIV, Sept 15 – Over 2021, the private laboratory market will exceed EUR 1 billion, Commercial Director of Synevo Mykola Skavronsky has said.
"According to our rough estimates, if in 2019 the private laboratory market in Ukraine was somewhere around EUR 200-250 million, then this year we will cross the figure in EUR 1 billion. The market has now doubled in recent years, that is, it goes exponentially," he told Interfax-Ukraine.

Ukrainian ag companies seen as undervalued at Warsaw Stock Exchange
KYIV, Sept 15 – Groups of companies of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex, which shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), are undervalued relative to global agricultural holdings, mainly due to the good ratio of EBITDA and debt obligations and the ratio of EBITDA and the value of companies from Ukraine.

Zelenskiy signs bill to open access to EU’s EUR 1.2-bln in macro assistance
KYIV, Sept 14 – President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed law No. 825-IX on the ratification of a memorandum and a loan agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on receiving macrofinancial assistance from the European Union in the amount of up to EUR 1.2 billion, which the Verkhovna Rada adopted on August 25.
