KIEV, Jan. 16 – Three companies have submitted documents to participate in a tender to receive licenses for the provision of UMTS (3G) communications services, the National Commission for Communications Regulation (NCCR) said on its website on Friday.

Ukrtransnafta and Belarusian Oil Company sign pipeline transit deal
