Prisoner swap delayed as no deal reached

MINSK, Dec. 18 - Ukraine and Russia-backed separatists failed Wednesday to reach an agreement on a prisoner exchange and troops pullback after several hours of tense talks on the conflict in eastern Ukraine, the AP reported.

Ukraine decreases consumption of natural gas by 0.8% on yr in January-October

KYIV, Dec 18 - Ukraine in January-October 2018 decreased consumption of natural gas by 0.8% (by 200 million cubic meters) compared to the same period in 2017, to 24 billion cubic meters.
