KYIV, Feb 19 – JSC closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Goldman has acquired 40.2% of shares in Gastransit earlier belonged to Russia's Gazprom, according to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine.
