KIEV, Nov. 18 – The possibility gaining the Ukrainian aircraft industry's a bigger share of the world market should not be thwarted by the absence of a system to encourage aircraft exports from Ukraine, Antonov Enterprise President and Chief Designer Dmytro Kiva said.
