Boryspil International Airport to start building cargo terminal in 2019

KYIV, Sept 19 – The state-owned enterprise (SOE) Boryspil International Airport plans to start building a cargo terminal in 2019 even if no investor is found, Director Pavlo Riabikin said at the Global Outlook 2018 conference organized by the European Business Association (EBA) in Kyiv on Tuesday.


Ukraine’s August consumer confidence index drops on month, up on year

KYIV, Sept 19 - The consumer confidence index (CCI) equaled 60.3 in August 2018, which is 1.5 points lower than the indicator in July 2018, and in annual terms it grew by 1.7 points, according to a monthly survey conducted by GfK Ukraine.


Ukraine’s economy expanded 3.8% in Q2 vs. 3.6% originally reported: government

KYIV, Sept 18 - The growth of Ukraine's gross domestic product (GDP) in April-June 2018 was 3.8% compared to the same period in 2017, whereas according to the preliminary assessment of the State Statistics Service, published in mid-August, this indicator was 3.6%.


Interpipe negotiates with creditors to restructure $1.25 billion
