KYIV, Nov 19 – The unbundling bill passed by the Verkhovna Rada on November 15 under which transportation of natural gas should be separated from Naftogaz Ukrainy has formed the necessary conditions for creating an independent gas transmission system (GTS) operator that meets the requirements of the Third Energy Package, according to the Energy Community's Secretariat.
