EBRD to open its fourth (and final) representative office in May

KIEV, March 20 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will open its fourth representative office in Odessa in May, completing the formation of its representative offices in Ukraine, EBRD Director for Ukraine Sevki Acuner said.


All banks with Russian state capital looking to sell out, says NBU

KIEV, March 20 – All Ukrainian banks with Russian state capital in Ukraine are holding talks to sell the banks, the National Bank of Ukraine said.

"We know for sure that all banks with state Russian capital operating today in Ukraine are holding negotiations on the potential sale," Deputy NBU head Kateryna Rozhkova said on Inter TV Channel on Sunday.

DTEK Energy net consolidated loss reported up 90.3% last year

KIEV, March 21 – Net consolidated loss of DTEK Energy, the holding company of the largest Ukrainian private vertically integrated group DTEK, reached UAH 37.399 billion in 2015. This is 90.3% or UAH 17.751 billion up on 2014.
