RosUkrEnergo refuses to sell gas to Naftogaz this year, newspaper says

KIEV, May 20 ??“ RosUkrEnergo, a controversial natural gas trader and the only supplier of gas to Ukraine, refused to sell gas to Naftogaz Ukrayiny throughout the end of 2006, a newspaper reported citing obtained documents.
