It will cost UAH3.5 billion to fix ‘stinking problem,’ PM says
KIEV, Oct. 18 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has estimated the cost of the reconstruction of Bortnychi aeration plant in Kiev in UAH 3.5 billion.
"There is the Bortnychi aeration plant. It's necessary to finally resolve this stinking problem...It costs UAH 3.5 billion, and this the budget of the average region of Ukraine," he told the journalists in Kiev on Wednesday. |
