SPF approves transfer of United Mining-Chemical Company shares to top management

KYIV, Oct 28 – The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has approved the transfer of 100% of shares in United Mining-Chemical Company from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine to own management as part of the preparations for its privatization.
