KIEV, July 22 – UkrNafta shareholders voted Wednesday to appoint Mark Rollins as the new chairman of Ukraine’s largest oil company, ending years of shareholder dispute between the government and billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskiy.


Chernomorneftegaz says it will double gas storage on peninsula

SIMFEROPOL, July 20 - The Crimean Chornomornaftogaz State Gas Company (now called Chernomorneftegaz in annexed Crimea), which produces gas and oil off the coast of Crimea in the Black Sea and around the peninsula, is planning to double the capacity of the sole underground gas storage facility (UGS) on the peninsula, the Hlibovske UGS, company CEO Sergey Beym said.


2015 gas imports likely to be less than 2014, says Naftogaz official

KIEV, July 19 - Ukraine's doctor shortage level is currently 18%, the Ministry of Health reported.

"What is the staffing in general in Ukraine? It is 82% of medical posts. The situation with junior health workers is somewhat better - almost 89%," the director of the department for human resources, education and science at the Health Ministry, Mykola Osiychuk, said at a briefing in Kiev.
