Ukraine’s economy shrinks 3.5% on year in Q3 on COVID-19 impact

KYIV, Dec 21 - The fall in the gross domestic product (GDP) of Ukraine in July-September amounted to 3.5% compared to the same period in 2019, the State Statistics Service confirmed its preliminary assessment, published in mid-November.

KYIV, Dec 19 – The growth of gross domestic product (GDP) in Ukraine in July-September 2019 was 4.1% year-over-year, whereas the pace of growth in the second quarter was higher (4.6%) and that in the first quarter was lower (2.5%).


PM says social spending won’t be reduced despite media reports
