Kiev police start pretrial investigation of Donbas asset seizures

KIEV, March 23 – Kiev's police have started a pretrial investigation in the criminal case over the loss of control over the enterprises located in areas temporarily not controlled by Ukrainian government forces in Donetsk and Luhansk regions by DTEK energy company, the company’s press service has reported.
