WTO and EU unlikely to impose sanctions on Ukraine, says ex-GM chief

KIEV, March 22 – It is unlikely that the World Trade Organization and European Union will respond with sanctions to the introduction of special duties on imports of cars with 1-2.2 liter engines by Ukraine, will introduce sanctions, according to Nick Reilly, former head of General Motors Europe.
