KIEV, April 22 – The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities plans in 2014 to obtain the first tranche of EUR 200 million as part of a loan from the European Investment Bank worth a total of EUR 800 million, which will be used to upgrade heating, water supply and drainage systems.
