United Mining warns privatization may break down on ilmenite supply news
KYIV, May 21 – United Mining and Chemical Company (UMCC), which manages Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant (Zhytomyr region), warns of a possible breakdown the privatization process as a result of news about the alleged supply of ilmenite concentrate through the Kavkaz port to enterprises located in the occupied territories, as well as the sale of the company's products at reduced prices.

Former minister praises move to reinstate Naftogaz supervisory board
KYIV, May 21 – Reaching an agreement with the supervisory board of Naftogaz Ukrayiny should allow the resumption of the work of the nomination committee under the government of Ukraine and begin the selection of members of the supervisory boards and heads of other major state-owned companies, ex-Minister of Economy Ihor Petrashko said.

EBRD to provide $60-mln loan to Fozzy Group for supermarket chains
KYIV, May 21 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Fozzy Group have signed a long-term loan agreement on the issue of $60 million to upgrade and expand Silpo and Fora grocery chains, as well as to launch the first supermarket in Ukraine certified according to the BREEAM standards of "green" construction.

Ukraine boosts power exports 15% on year in January-April
KYIV, May 22 – Ukraine increased power exports by 15% (by 319.4 million kWh) in January-April 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, to 2.449 billion kWh, the Ministry of Energy and Environment Protection has told Interfax-Ukraine.
