United Mining warns privatization may break down on ilmenite supply news

KYIV, May 21 – United Mining and Chemical Company (UMCC), which manages Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant (Zhytomyr region), warns of a possible breakdown the privatization process as a result of news about the alleged supply of ilmenite concentrate through the Kavkaz port to enterprises located in the occupied territories, as well as the sale of the company's products at reduced prices.


Former minister praises move to reinstate Naftogaz supervisory board

Deposit Fund to pay UAH1.82 billion to compensate Fidobank depositors

KIEV, May 24 – The Deposit Guarantee Fund estimates that the total sum of guaranteed compensation payments to 90,000 individuals who kept their deposits with Kiev-based Fidobank, which was later declared insolvent, is UAH 1.82 billion, the Fund said on its website.
