Kyiv city real estate prices drop 1% on year in June: developer
KYIV, June 24 – The average prices in the primary real estate market of Kyiv in June 2024 amount to $1,917 per square meter, which is 1% lower than a year ago and 2.5% lower than pre-war levels, the press service of the investment and development company City One Development told Interfax-Ukraine.

Metinevst spends $3.4-bln on environment-friendly technology over 10 years
KYIV, June 23 – Metinvest, an international vertically integrated mining and metallurgical group of companies, has allocated more than $3.4 billion for environmental projects over the past ten years and plans to invest about $500 million for these purposes in the next five years, Metinvest CEO Yuriy Ryzhenkov said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.

Energy Ministry suggests Energoatom to manage Skhidniy uranium ore miner
KYIV, June 24 – The Ministry of Energy intends to prepare and send to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft resolution on transferring Skhidny Ore Mining and Processing Plant (Skhidny Mining) to the management of National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom as soon as possible, the ministry said with reference to its head Herman Haluschenko following a meeting on Tuesday, June 22.

Boryspil International ranks 14th busiest airport in Europe
KYIV, June 24 – Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv region) ranked 14th in the list of the busiest airports in Europe in terms of passenger traffic, according to a report by ACI Europe (Airports Council International Europe), released in June.
