UkrTatNafta may boost oil refining 52% to 5.5 mil mt in 2011

KREMENCHUK, Jan. 27 – UkrTatNafta, Ukraine’s largest oil refinery by capacity, may boost crude refining by 52% on the year to 5.5 million metric tons in 2011, an official said.

KIEV, Jan. 28 - Oil product prices in Ukraine will fall soon, Sergey Lizunov, TNK BP's commercial president, has told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said since the beginning of 2008, an oil price slump of 7% to 11% had occurred on the international markets, and this would influence prices on the Ukrainian oil market.

KIEV, Jan. 30 - Ukraine’s largest petrochemical company KarpatNaftoKhim may completely suspend operation in February due to a significant drop in ethylene sales on the European market, the company’s press service reported Wednesday.
