Slovakian natgas transport operator ready to boost pipeline capacity

KIEV, Nov. 21 – The operator of Slovakia's gas transport system Eustream a.s. has received the necessary number of bids under the Open Season procedure, which lets it use additional capacities of the Vojany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline with entire booked capacity being 31.5 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas per day, or 11.5 billion cubic meters (bcm) per year, Eustream said in a statement.


AMC blocks domestic producer from supplying equipment to nuke plants

KIEV, Nov. 20 – Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has blocked the supply of critically important equipment for Ukrainian nuclear power plants from a domestic producer, having satisfied a claim of a company representing Russian producers, EnergoAtom announced.
