J.P. Morgan keeps neutral position on Ukraine assets amid IMF uncertainty
KYIV, Jan 27 – J.P. Morgan remains neutral in relation to Ukrainian assets due to the uncertainty of the issue of continuing cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), according to the report of the investment bank, which is available to Interfax-Ukraine.
"We maintain a neutral position on local assets, as fundamental support is expected to weaken, as well as due to uncertainty over the timing of the IMF tranche receipt," the J.P. Morgan report said.

Ukrnafta cuts oil production 1% on year to 1.5-mln in 2020
KYIV, Jan 27 – Ukrnafta in 2020 reduced production of oil and condensate by 1% (by 15,000 tons) compared to 2019, to 1.5 million tons, and gas by 3% (by 35 million cubic meters), to 1.127 billion cubic meters, but increased the production of liquefied gas by 4.5% (by 5,000 tons), to 117,000 tons.

Naftogaz to slash gas prices 15.3% for companies in February
KYIV, Jan 29 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny in February 2020 will cut the price of natural gas sold to industrial consumers on the advance payment conditions by 15.3% or UAH 1,006.80 compared with the price of the current month, to UAH 5,593.20 per 1,000 cubic meters (hereinafter VAT included). |
