Polish gasoline expected to cover quarter of Ukraine’s demand in May
KYIV, May 23 – From day to day Ukraine expects deliveries of gasoline from the state reserve of Poland, which were supposed to cover a quarter of consumption in May.
This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Denys Kudin during the talk show "Ukrainian Petroleum Products Market: Temporary Crisis or Large-Scale Collapse?" organized by the Energy Club on Monday.

Ukraine must boost gasoline imports to alleviate shortages: WOG
KYIV, May 24 – In order to achieve a normal level of consumer supply, fuel supplies to Ukraine should increase from the current 15,000 tons per day to at least 22,000 tons, and taking into account the needs of the army and farmers and the ability to form reserves, they should be almost doubled to 25,000-27,000 tons, director of WOG Holding BV Andriy Pyvovarsky believes.

Bills seeks to remove carbon dioxide emissions tax on bioenergy projects
KYIV, May 25 - Exemption of bioenergy projects on solid fuels from the payment of tax on carbon dioxide emissions will increase the interest of investors in these projects and the volume of investments in them, the deputy chairman of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving, Yuriy Shafarenko, said.
