Turboatom signs $100 million deal with Russian nuclear power plant

KHARKIV, Dec. 22 – Turboatom, Ukraine’s maker of turbine equipment, signed a contract to produce and supply a turbine with the capacity of 1,100 megawatts with a condenser for reactor four of Rostov nuclear power plant, the company reported.


World Bank mulls new partnership strategy for Ukraine

KIEV, Dec. 22 – The Board of Directors of the World Bank may consider a new strategy of partnership with Ukraine in February or March of 2012, World Bank Director for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova Martin Raiser said.


Ukraine, Turkey sign visa-free travel agreement
