MTS signs deal to sell Ukrainian operation to Azerbaijan's Bakcell telecom

KYIV, Nov 25 – MTS signed a legally binding agreement with Telco Solutions and Investments LLC, being under control of Azerbaijan's Bakcell telecom company, which in turn is incorporated in NEQSOL Holding, on the sale of MTS business in Ukraine.

Poroshenko signs bills on customs clearance of cars with EU license plates

KYIV, Nov 23 – President Petro Poroshenko signed bills No 8487 and No 8488 on the customs clearance of cars with EU number plates.

The signed documents, in particular, specify that the fees received from the customs clearance of such cars will be used to cover the deficit of the Pension Fund so that pensions could be raised and those receiving minimum pensions would be able to continue to do so.


SkyUp airline to add 7 international, 2 domestic flights in 2019

KYIV, Nov 23 – SkyUp airline, which plans to start servicing regular flights at the end of December 2018 from four international routes (Tbilisi, Sofia, Poprad and Barcelona), plans to add seven more international and two domestic flights in 2019.


Ukraine’s industrial production grows 1.4% on year in October

KYIV, Nov 23 - Industrial production in Ukraine in October 2018 resumed growth, increasing by 1.4% compared to October 2017, after two months of the decline being 1.3% in September and 0.5% in August 2017, the State Statistics Service said.


Nibulon agricultural enterprise to build UAH450 million terminal
