Ukrainian companies mull insuring military risk, NBU official says
KYIV, Sept 23 – Ukrainian insurers can be involved in insurance of military risks, for example, in the so-called secondary military risks or risks inherent in business in Ukraine in the liberated territories, Lesia Burbel, head of the Insurance Regulation Methodology Department of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), has said.

Ukraine’s EU-bound organic food exports up 19.4% on year in Jan-Jun
KYIV, Sept 26 - Exports of organic products from Ukraine to the countries of the European Union and Switzerland in January-June 2022 increased by 19.4% compared to the first half of 2021 - up to 160,020 tons from 128,840 tons, this happened despite problems with logistics and the blockade of Ukrainian seaports due to full-scale Russian aggression.

Horizon Capital launches $125-mln fund focused on Ukraine
KYIV, Sept 26 – Horizon Capital, a U.S. private equity firm investing in fast growing export-oriented companies in Ukraine and the region, has announced the formation of a new Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV, L.P. (HCGF IV), which attracted $125 million at the first stage.

Ukraine harvests 54.23-mln mt of grain as of Sept 23, ministry reports
KYIV, Sept 24 – Ukraine continues to harvest grain and leguminous crops, as of September 23, 1.1 million tons of corn were harvested (a rise of 0.69 million tons in the week starting on September 16 and ending on September 23) from 226,800 hectares (4% of planned areas), the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food said on the website on Friday.
