KIEV, Aug. 28 - VEKA Ukraine Ltd. is going to launch the first stage of a polyvinylchloride profile plant in Kalynivka (Kiev region) on Sept. 5.

VEKA Ukraine is a daughter company of Germany's VEKA AG. It makes plastic profiles for windows and doors.
