Ukraine’s real wages up 17.2% on year in July, statistics service says

KYIV, Aug 29 – Real wages in Ukraine in July 2017 grew by 17.2% from July 2016 but decreased by 0.5% from June 2017, the State Statistics Service reported on Tuesday.

Moody's upgrades credit rating of six Ukrainian banks with positive outlook

KYIV, Aug 31 - Moody's Investors Service has taken rating actions on six Ukrainian banks. These follow the recent improvement in the creditworthiness of the Government of Ukraine, reflected in Moody's upgrade of Ukraine's sovereign bond rating to Caa2, with a positive outlook, from Caa3 (stable outlook) on August 25,2017, Moody's said in a press release on Wednesday.
