Trade with Ukraine is bottoming out, says Russian prime minister

MOSCOW, Sept. 29 - Trade between Russia and Ukraine is coming close to zero, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.

"It should be frankly admitted that today our trade is in a very mediocre condition. It has shrunk several times. And if this continues in future, this trade has a sagging tendency," Medvedev told a press conference after a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Russia-Belarus Union State.

Cabinet approves UAH214 billion program to develop public roads

KIEV, Sept. 27 – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the state economic program for the development of public roads in 2013-2018.

According to a government resolution, the projected funding for the program is UAH 214.034 billion, including UAH 39.253 billion as repayment on loans.
