Canada’s Black Iron to raise CAD 10-mln via share issue for Ukraine project
KYIV, July 1 – Canadian mining company Black Iron Inc. with assets in Ukraine has filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities commissions in each of the Provinces of Canada (other than Quebec), in connection with a marketed public offering of common shares of the company for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD10 million.

Ukraine reports $353-mln current account deficit in May
KYIV, July 1 – The consolidated balance of payments of Ukraine in May had a deficit of $353 million, which is 52.4% less than in May 2019 ($749 million), according to preliminary data reported by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Monday.
