Higher Economic Court puts off hearings on UkrTatNafta stake

KIEV, Sept. 1 - Ukraine's Higher Economic Court has put off hearings on the lawfulness of the sale of an 18.296% stake in closed JSC UkrTatNafta (Poltava region) until Sept. 6.


IFC provides Sofia Kiev with a credit worth $29.5 mln

KIEV, Sept. 1 - The International Finance Corporation (IFC) will provide Sofia Kiev with a credit worth $29.5 million, the IFC reported on Monday. The IFC said the credit assets, including a syndicated loan worth $13 million, are being allocated to complete the construction of a hotel in Kyiv's downtown.

Ukraine approves new agreement to restructure $23-bln in Eurobonds

KYIV, Aug 1 – The Government of Ukraine has approved the fundamental agreements of Ukraine with a special committee of owners of its eurobonds in the amount of about $23 billion, which provide for a write-off of 37% of the debt with the possibility of restoring 12% if a certain level of GDP is reached in 2028.

Ukraine’s Business Activity Index up in July, but below neutral level
