Government to compensate Naftogaz for allowing installment payments

Zhytomir confectionary employees strike to prevent seizure by 'thugs'

Ukrenergo repairs Kherson region power line heading to Crimea
KIEV, Nov. 30 - The Ukrainian state-run national energy company Ukrenergo completed at about 11 p.m. on Sunday the repair of the 220 KW Kakhovka-Tytan power transmission line connecting elevated power wires with insulator kits, Kherson Regional Administration said on Monday morning with reference to head of the Ukrenergo information policy directorate Zynoviy Butsio. |
UkSATSE resumes EBRD cooperation on navigation system modernization
KIEV, Dec. 1 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) on November 30 resumed cooperation under an air navigation system modernization project originally negotiated in 2012 and UkSATSE will utilize a long-term loan from the EBRD of up to EUR 41.2 million. |

KIEV, Dec. 1 – Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk hopes that Ukrainian producers will win a tender to supply pipe to repair a 120 km stretch of the Urengoi-Pomary-Uzhgorod gas pipeline whose upgrade is being financed by loans from the European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. |
