Ukravtodor allowed to attract $465 million loan from Morgan Stanley

KIEV, Oct. 1 – Ukraine's government has allowed the Ukravtodor state road administration to attract, under state guarantees, another loan from Morgan Stanley International Limited worth $465 million or other currency, which is equivalent to UAH2.35 billion.

KIEV, Sept. 30 - French bank Societe Generale is considering the possibility of buying Ukraine's UkrSibbank, the French daily newspaper La Tribune reported. UkrSibbank is the fifth largest bank in Ukraine. "The French bank is going to purchase UkrSibbank, Ukraine's fifth biggest bank," reads the article.


ZTR to supply single-phase transformer to Vietnam hydro plant

KIEV, Sept. 30 - ZaporizhTransformator (ZTR), one of the world's largest manufacturers of power transformers, will supply a single-phase 72 MVA 500 kW transformer to the Yali hydroelectric power station in Vietnam by late March.
