Government approves conditions for auction of Odessa plant stake

KIEV, Jan. 31 - The Ukrainian government has approved the conditions for the auction of a 99.52% stake in Odessa portside plant, with a starting price of UAH 3billion, according to Deputy State Property Fund Chairman Dmytro Parfeneko.
