Business activity expectations index rises past neutral level, NBU says
KYIV, April 1 – The Business activity expectations index (BAEI), calculated by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on a scale from zero to 100, has been increasing for the second month in a row and in March immediately rose by 4.5 points to 52 points, five months later again exceeding the neutral level, the NBU said on Monday. |
Ukrenergo restores 2,000 MW of power capacity after Russian strikes

KYIV, April 4 – Ukrgazvydobuvannia plans to start drilling two horizontal wells in 2023, Oleh Tolmachev, Acting General Director of the company, said.
"We will start drilling the first two already this year. We will see the results from them in 2024. We are working on the technological design of such wells," he said in an interview with NV.

DTEK Kyiv Grids expects to repair 832 power facilities ahead of winter
KYIV, April 4 – As part of preparations for the autumn-winter period of 2023/2024, the operator of the electricity distribution system DTEK Kyiv Grids expects to repair and upgrade 832 power facilities, including 12 high-voltage substations, and 100 km of overhead and cable lines, CEO of the company Denys Bondar has said.
