EIB to provide EUR 300-mln loan for energy conservation in Ukraine
KYIV, June 3 – The European Investment Bank (EIB) will provide a EUR300 million loan for a project on the energy efficiency of public buildings in Ukraine under an agreement with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development on cooperation in consultations within preparing the project.

Ukraine amends budget to finish Dnistrovska pumped storage plant
KYIV, June 4 – The Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft amendments to the 2020 national budget on the provision of government guarantees of Ukrhydroenergo for the implementation of projects to finish the third stage of Dnistrovska pumped storage plant (PSP) and the construction of Kaniv PSP with minor revision.

Naftogaz expects new rules for household gas purchases on July 1
KYIV, June 4 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny expects the energy regulator soon will make decisions to ease the rules of changing a supplier of natural gas by households as part of the opening of the retail market scheduled for July 1, 2020, Head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny gas supplying company LLC Maksym Rabinovych said.
