Transneft to appeal decision granting Ukraine pipeline ownership
MOSCOW, Nov. 27 - Transneft plans to file an appeal with the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine against a ruling by the Rivne appellate economic court that recognized Ukraine's ownership rights to sections of the Samara-West and Grozny-Armavir-Trudovaya oil product pipelines that run through its territory, totaling 1,433 km, the adviser to the Russian oil pipeline monopoly's president, Igor Demin told Interfax.

IFC to issue $100 million loan to Lviv's Galnaftogaz concern
KIEV, Nov. 26 - The International Finance Corporation has decided to issue a loan of $100 million to Galnaftogaz concern (Lviv).
According to the Web site of the financial institution, a corresponding agreement with Galnaftogaz was signed on November 15. |
State borrowing constraining real estate lending, says analyst
