KYIV, Dec 26 – The Finance Ministry has completed the fourth stage of additional capitalization of Kyiv-based PrivatBank through an additional issue of government domestic loan bonds worth UAH 16 billion in exchange for the bank's shares, the ministry's said on its website.

KIEV, Dec. 25 - Kernel-Trade LLC, part of the Ukrainian agrarian group Kernel, has obtained a $170 million credit from a Russian bank.

According to a Kernel Warsaw Stock Exchange statement, the credit agreement was signed on December 21.
