Ukrnafta shareholders OK supervisory board with three independent members

KYIV, March 6 – The shareholders of PJSC Ukrnafta at a general meeting on Wednesday approved the composition of the company’s supervisory board, which included three independent members and two representatives from the shareholders - NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy and the Ministry of Defense.
