KYIV, July 30 – The legal merger of Alfa-Bank Ukraine and Ukrsotsbank will be completed in H1 2019, Alfa Group CEO in Ukraine and Board Chairman of Ukrsotsbank Ivan Svitek said.

Naftogaz to hike prices in August it pays private companies for gas

KYIV, July 27 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny intends in August to increase the price of domestic natural gas purchases from private gas producers in Ukraine by 6% compared to the July offer, to UAH 8,088 from UAH 7,629 per 1,000 cubic meters (excluding VAT), the press service of the company has reported.
