EnergoAtom, Iberdrola of Spain sign nuclear cooperation agreement

Ukraine’s Business Activity Expectations Index up slightly in June: NBU

KYIV, July 4 – The Business Activity Expectations Index (BAEI) calculated by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), after a slight decline from 51.5 points in April to 50.5 points in May, grew slightly in June to 50.8 points, and remained at the positive half of the scale (zero to 100).


Ukraine’s business confidence in June drops by 0.3 points: state service

KYIV, July 5 – The indicator of business confidence in the industry in June 2023 decreased by 0.3 percentage points (p.p.) compared to May, amounting to "minus" 7.1%, and in the processing industry this indicator decreased by 0.2%, to "minus" 5.2%, according to the State Statistics Service.

Ukraine 2023-2024 grain, oilseed output estimate rises to 69-mln mt tons

KYIV, July 5 – The Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA) has raised its estimate of the potential harvest in 2023 by 1 million tons to 69 million tons of grains and oilseeds, which is 6.5% less than in 2022 (73.8 million tons), the UGA press service reported.
