China offers help to complete Ukraine’s Khmelnytsky nuclear power reactor
KYIV, Nov 6 - China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) in cooperation with Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has proposed to Ukraine to consider a possibility of completing reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant (NPP) using their Hualong One (HPR-1000) technology, President of National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom Yuriy Nedashkovsky has told reporters. |
Finance minister Danyliuk to sign EIB credit program letter
President Petro Poroshenko has authorized Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk to sign a letter on lifting restrictions for implementing the Emergency Credit Program to Restore Ukraine of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Poroshenko signed decree No. 265/2016-rp on November 4, 2016. |
Ukraine’s UkrNafta sees oil output down 15% in 2017 on high royalties
KIEV, Nov 4 – Ukraine’s largest oil producer Ukrnafta expects oil production in 2017 to fall by 15%, the company's press service reported.
"With retaining high royalties for oil and gas condensate production and the absence of a decision in on its 'historic' tax debt, the company will not have enough funds to implement the investment program," the company said. |
