ArcelorMittal hasn’t met privatization commitments, says trade union

KIEV, April 6 – The owner of OJSC Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih (former OJSC Kryvorizhstal) in Dnipropetrovsk region has not fully met the investment commitments it undertook when acquiring a 93.02% stake in the enterprise, says the committee of the company's trade union.


NERC to announce tender for 3G mobile service frequency licenses

"Against the backdrop of the international crisis, Bogdan Corporation is forced to review its product portfolio – today we've decided to stop the distribution of Kia cars, which is predetermined, among other things, by the different visions for the development of the brand in Ukraine by Korean-based Kia Motors and the official distributor," company spokesman Serhiy Krasulia said.
