French company Danone closes plant in Kherson after Russian invasion
KYIV, June 6 - The Ukrainian representative office of the French-based company Danone, Danone Ukraine, closed its plant in Kherson after the start of the Russian military invasion, at the moment the enterprise is not capable of launching operations, according to the corporation's website.

Ukrainian firms shut due to war drop to 14% in May vs. 17% in April
KYIV, June 6 – The number of enterprises that completely stopped their activities in the second half of May fell to 14% from 17% in April, but the overall level of capacity utilization remains 40% below the pre-war level, according to the monthly macroeconomic and monetary review of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

Qatar’s Nebras buys stakes in five Ukrainian solar power plants from UDP
KYIV, May 31 - UDP Renewables investment and development company has closed a deal with Qatar's Nebras Power for the sale of a controlling stake in five solar power plants: Scythia-Solar-1 (13 MW), Scythia-Solar-2 (33 MW), Free Energy Henichesk (18.3 MW), Terslav (19.7 MW) and Sun Power Pervomaisk (6.5 MW).

Investors seek to build major oil refinery in Ukraine, official says
KYIV, June 1 - Ukraine is negotiating with investors and is ready to act as their partner in an oil refinery project, but it needs guarantees for the supply of oil regardless of the political situation, Deputy Head of the President's Office of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.
