Ukrzaliznytsia ready to reopen railroads for trains on June 1
KYIV, May 28 – Ukrzaliznytsia, the state railroad company, is ready to start passenger service and 42 trains are ready to be launched from June 1, but their number can be increased, Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Krykliy said on his Telegram channel on Thursday.

Ukraine power output drops 0.9% in January-April
KYIV, May 27 – Power production in Ukraine in January-April decreased by 0.9% (491 million kWh) compared to the same period of 2018, to 56.043 billion kWh, the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry reported. |
World Bank to provide $200-mln to Ukraine for agriculture program

Bloomberg, Refinitiv platforms to display Ukrainian government bond prices
KYIV, May 28 – Primary placements of government domestic loan bonds of Ukraine would move to international trading platforms Bloomberg and Refinitiv by the end of this quarter, according to a presentation of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) posted on its website in relation with the launch of the link with Clearstream securities depository. |
Indonesian marines begin to use Ukrainian BTR-4M APC test batch
KIEV, May 25 – The all-purpose maritime battalion of Indonesian marines have officially begun to use a test batch of BTR-4M armored personnel carriers produced at Ukraine's Kharkiv-based Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau. The contract was signed in February 2014 between the state-run SpetsTechnoExport Concern, which is part of Ukrainian state-run Ukroboronprom, and Indonesia's Defense Ministry. |
