Ukraine’s grain exports via Lithuania may reduce geopolitical risk: PM

KYIV, Aug 9 – The transit of Ukrainian grain through Lithuanian and other ports of the Baltic countries can become long-term and reduce geopolitical risks for Ukraine, at the same time, this requires additional investment in infrastructure, Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte said in an interview with LRT.

KYIV, Aug 5 – Metinvest, the largest Ukrainian mining and metallurgical holding, in January-June of this year, it increased the total production of iron ore concentrate by 5% compared to the same period last year, to 15.864 million tons, pellets by 41%, to 3.582 million tons and the total production of coking coal concentrate – by 76%, to 2.705 million tons.
