Ukrainian banks report profits rising 37.7% on year in January
KIEV, Feb. 12 - Ukrainian banks' reported a profit of UAH 600 million in January, which is 37.7% more than during the same period last year (UAH 435.6 million), the National Bank of Ukraine reported.
Compared with the previous period, bank incomes grew by 49%, to UAH 4 billion, while expenditures rose by 39.6%, to UAH 3.3 billion.

Ukrainian supermarket chains drop Bonduelle after supplying Russian army
KYIV, Jan 10 – The chain retailers Novus and Varus refuse to sell the products of the French company Bonduelle because of information about its support for Russian aggression in Ukraine by providing canned vegetables to the Russian military, who are mobilized to be sent to war in Ukraine.

Ukraine’s monthly CPI at 0.7% in December, unchanged on month
KYIV, Jan 10 – Consumer price growth in Ukraine in December 2022 remained at the level of November – 0.7% compared to 2.5% in October, 1.9% in September and 1.1% in August, returning to July level, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported on Tuesday.
